SHIPPING:
Processing time:
The time I need to handcraft and prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sandra Anne Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Sandra Anne Designs is not responsible for packages on route that get lost or stolen but will be more than happy to help you with tracking information to help locate these packages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Sandra Anne Designs will gladly accept returns and exchanges for all in stock ready to ship items with the following criteria:

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
The following can NOT be returned or exchanged but please contact me if you have any problems with your order:
1. Custom Orders
Once a custom order is placed, I purchase necessary materials and begin handcrafting your item right away, therefore, I can not accept cancelations. 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All made to order or custom items are non-refundable and are final sales. I take pride with working with my customers to make sure their expectations are met with complete satisfaction.

Since all items are uniquely handmade, pictures are only representations of the finished product. Because of the nature and individuality, all handmade products may be slightly different. 

Sizing Details

When ordering rings or bracelets, if you are unsure about your size, please contact me and I will be happy to help you determine your proper size.
